Cancellation & refund policy

Draft prepared for Accohub Technologies — please confirm these terms before going live.

• Failed conversions are never charged. Pages are deducted only when you unlock a conversion that succeeded.
• Wrong or unusable output: if an unlocked conversion is materially wrong and cannot be corrected in the review screen, write to us within 7 days with the date and time; we will re-credit the pages.
• Unused packs: a pack from which no pages have been used can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase on request.
• Partly used packs are not refundable. Purchased pages do not expire while your account is active.
• Payment debited but no pages added: usually resolves within minutes automatically. If not, contact us with your order ID (shown on your account page); we will credit the pages or refund the payment.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through PayU, normally within 5–7 working days.
• There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel.
