Terms of service

1. The service

Accohub Technologies ("we") provides an online tool at tool.accohub.in that converts bank and credit-card statements into Excel and CSV files. You may preview results without an account; downloading requires an account and page credits.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for activity under your account. One free allowance of 2 statements (up to 15 pages each) is given per person and email address; creating multiple accounts to obtain more free conversions is not permitted. The PDF tools are free and run in your browser.

3. Your documents

You must have the right to process every statement you upload (your own, or a client's with their consent). Files are deleted as soon as reading ends and results are erased after 30 minutes, as described in the privacy policy.

4. Accuracy

The converter checks results against the statement's running balance and marks rows it adjusted or could not verify. It is an aid, not a substitute for professional review. You must review the output before using it for accounting, tax, audit or legal purposes. We are not liable for decisions made on unreviewed output.

5. Page credits and payment

Page packs are prepaid, priced in Indian rupees including GST, and processed by PayU. Pages are deducted only when you unlock a successful conversion. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload malicious files, attempt to access other users' data, overload the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date of the latest version will be shown here. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at the place of our registered office having jurisdiction.
